We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, email shop@interplayindex.com. Please do not send anything back until we've confirmed the return — unannounced parcels are not accepted. We'll send you the return address once your return is confirmed.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please use a trackable shipping method, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away — we'll cover the return shipping and make it right.

Your EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies regardless of the above: you may cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (item unused, tagged, in original packaging). Return shipping is still at your own cost in this case.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us approving the return. We only refund to the card or account used for the original purchase.
